Individual therapy
Individual therapy is for anyone seeking to improve self-awareness, connection to self and others, increase pleasure in daily life, and cultivate a deep understanding of themselves. Individual therapy can provide a welcoming space to examine, process, and heal in the context of a therapeutic relationship.

Building healthy attachments/relationships
Navigating grief after loss (e.g. death, divorce, other major life transitions)
Managing anxiety, stress, and other symptoms
Building mindfulness skills
Building self -acceptance, -compassion, -esteem
Developing boundaries
